Controls remain in your hands
Privacy Choices
Effective July 19, 2026
Ordeniva is designed around optional platform services and controls you can change directly.
No sale or targeted advertising
Ordeniva does not sell personal information, serve advertising, or track you across apps or websites. There is no advertising opt-out switch because those activities are not part of the product.
Choose where data lives
Ordeniva works locally when iCloud is unavailable. If iCloud is enabled for Ordeniva, Apple syncs private app data across your devices. You can manage iCloud access in system Settings.
Manage permissions
Calendar, Location, Notifications, and device authentication are optional and requested only for the feature you choose. Review or revoke them at any time in system Settings. Features that need a denied permission will stop working until access is restored.
Limit visible task information
Settings lets you hide task titles in notifications and control whether widget titles or overdue counts appear. Face ID Lock also pauses Spotlight indexing and protects the app behind biometric authentication.
Control sharing
You decide whether to create or join a shared list and who receives an invitation. You can leave a list you joined or delete a list you own. Other participants may retain information they already copied or exported.
Export or erase
Use the JSON export when you want a portable backup. Delete individual records in the app, or use Settings → Data & Privacy → Erase All Ordeniva Data to remove local records, end the current focus session, clear temporary exports, and queue corresponding iCloud and shared-list changes.
Ask a privacy question
Email sergio@romanotech.com with a privacy question or request. Ordeniva has no developer account database to search, so include only the information needed to explain what you need. Never send passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive task content.
